Corporate Angel Network Welcomes Patrick Gallagher to Board of Directors
Danbury, CT, February 10, 2026 – Corporate Angel Network (CAN), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps cancer patients access the best treatment centers in the United States by arranging free travel on corporate and commercial aircraft, is proud to announce that Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation, has joined its Board of Directors.
Gallagher brings more than 25 years of aviation leadership and operational expertise to CAN at a time when the organization continues to expand its mission of ensuring that no cancer patient is denied access to care due to transportation barriers. As President of NetJets Aviation, Gallagher oversees the world’s largest and most sophisticated private aviation fleet, making him a valuable addition to CAN’s board.
“Patrick’s leadership in aviation and his longstanding commitment to Corporate Angel Network make him an incredible asset to our Board,” said Jean Rosanvallon, Chairman of the CAN Board of Directors. “NetJets has been an extraordinary partner to CAN for nearly three decades, and we are honored to welcome Patrick in this new leadership role.”
Corporate Angel Network and NetJets share a deep and enduring partnership that dates to 1997. Since that time, NetJets and its Owners have donated hundreds of flight hours to CAN, helping cancer patients travel to and from life-saving treatment at no cost. Today, NetJets continues its support by matching Owner flight-hour donations up to 50 hours annually and providing additional contributions through its CAN Referral Program.
“I am honored to join the Board of Corporate Angel Network and support an organization that has such a profound impact on cancer patients and their families,” said Gallagher. “CAN’s mission aligns closely with the values of service and innovation that drive aviation forward, and I look forward to contributing to it continued impact.”
Gallagher will be joining other CAN Board members, including: Michael Amalfitano, Embraer Executive Jets; W.W. (Bill) Boisture, Jr., AE Industrial Partners; Derek DeCross, Signature Aviation; Scott Donnelly, Textron; Elise Eberwein, formerly American Airlines; Jennifer Leach English, AIN Publications; Matthew Greene, Safe Flight Instrument; Jeannine Haas, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation; Dawne Hickton, Cumberland Additive; David Hurley, ALOFT Aero Architects; Ève Laurier, Bombardier; Wilson Leach, Aviation International News; Jean Rosanvallon (Chairman), formerly Dassault Falcon Jet; and Dr. Bret Schipper, Hartford HealthCare.
About Corporate Angel Network
Corporate Angel Network (CAN) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to help cancer patients access the best treatment centers in the country by arranging free travel on corporate aircraft. Private jet travel makes it possible for patients, especially those in locations with minimal airline access, to travel to specialized medical centers. CAN works closely with hundreds of America’s top corporations to match empty seats with patient flight requests. Thanks to the generous support of these companies, airlines, and donors, CAN has coordinated more than 69,000 flights since its founding in 1981.
