1. How long will it take to find a flight for me?

We do not create a flight request for you until 3 weeks before your appointment, and we donĖt start looking for a flight until a week before your appointment, because we only get corporate schedules a week in advance. Sometimes we might find a flight immediately, but it varies, depending on where you live and where youĖre going. There is the possibility we may not find a flight, which is why we encourage you to make back-up commercial reservations.

2. How will I know someone is working on my trip?

A week before your appointment, we start matching your request with flight schedules weĖve received from our participating companies. The volunteers who work on your trip will notify you with any possible flights, or to let you know if we havenĖt found one.
