New Record for Corporate Angel
Network
Charity Flies 275 Cancer Patients
to Treatment in June
White Plains, NY—July 10, 2007—Corporate
Angel Network, the national public charity which provides free
air transportation for cancer patients traveling to treatment
using empty seats on corporate and fractional aircraft, arranged
a record-breaking 275 patient flights in June. The previous monthly
record of 257 flights was set in 2006.
“We couldn’t have accomplished this
without the generous support of our participating corporations,
the diligent work of our wonderful volunteers, and the charitable
backing we receive from the aviation industry.” said Bonnie LeVar,
CAN’s President.
