Hawker Beechcraft Donates $50,000 to Corporate Angel Network

Also flies cancer patients on company business trips

White Plains NY — June 14, 2007—Hawker Beechcraft Corporation has donated $50,000 to Corporate Angel Network (CAN), the public charity that coordinates free flights to treatment for cancer patients using empty seats in business aircraft. This brings Hawker Beechcraft’s total CAN donations to more than $150,000—part donated under the company’s previous name.

In addition to lift and financial support, Hawker Beechcraft Corporation’s Chairman and CEO, Jim Schuster, is a member of CAN’s Board of Directors and lends his considerable talents towards putting the resource of corporate aviation's lift to the service of cancer patients.

“It’s difficult to find a family that hasn’t been touched by cancer, including in the Hawker Beechcraft family.” said Jim Schuster, Chairman and CEO, Hawker Beechcraft Corporation. “We are proud to be associated with such a remarkable and deserving organization, and I am personally honored to have the opportunity to work with so many great individuals who freely give their time to help cancer patients across the U.S.”.
