Your company can join 500 major corporations, including half of the top 100 in the Fortune 500, and use an empty seat on your aircraft traveling on routine business to give a cancer patient a lift to life-saving, state-of-the-art cancer treatment at no cost or inconvenience to you.

All you have to do is fill out our online registration form and send it back to us. We’ll do the rest.

You can email your flight schedule to us or we will contact your flight department to obtain your schedule by phone, fax or email. We can also send you a weekly email of our patient requests.

Schedule information is entered into the database on our secure server and all paperwork is immediately shredded for your security.

Our patients are covered for liability by your already-existing insurance policy. However, if you wish, we can have a patient sign a release form, that we provide and will fax to your flight department before a flight.

Patients arrive suitably dressed for business travel one hour before departure. They can climb the steps to your aircraft unassisted and require no medical assistance onboard. This is verified with their physicians.

Whether you provide two flights or two hundred, you will discover that working with us is rewarding and provides a unique opportunity to merge business activities with corporate social responsibility.

Feel free to email us with any questions, or call us at (914) 328-1313.
