traveling on routine business to give a cancer patient a lift to life-saving,
state-of-the-art cancer treatment at no cost or inconvenience to you.
All you have to do is fill out our registration form and send or fax
it back to us. We'll do the rest.
We will be in contact with your
flight department to obtain your weekly flight schedule by fax, phone
or email, or we can email our patient requests to you.
Schedule information
is entered into the database on our secure server and all paperwork
is immediately shredded for your security.
Our patients are covered for liability by your already-existing insurance
policy. However, if you wish, we can have a patient sign a release
form, that we provide and will fax to your flight department before
a flight.
Patients arrive suitably dressed
for business travel one hour before departure. They can climb the
steps to your aircraft unassisted and require no medical assistance
onboard. This is verified with their physicians.
